Memory Vault is a subscription-based data storage service operated by NDP Software. By using Memory Vault, you agree to these Terms of Service.
You must create an account to use the service and are responsible for account security and activity.
Do not store sensitive or regulated data, and do not use the service for illegal activity or content.
You authorize recurring monthly billing until cancellation. Refunds are only provided for billing errors.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid in the prior 12 months.
We may modify the service or these Terms at any time with notice for material changes.
Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or operational reasons.
